This week officially marks one in London! Yes, I Hannah Michelle Rich have lived in London for one whole month. It really doesn't feel like it. Time is passing by so fast, but it has been so much fun.
This past week was great. First, we went to Stonehenge.
| So many selfies |
| I even joined the selfie bus |
My friend Becky came to Stonehenge earlier this year, so while I was there I was determined to recreate this picture that she took. Obviously her's is better than mine. Look at that sky in her's, I can't even compete. But I think mine is pretty well done. And let's face it, it's the thought that counts.
Then from Stonehenge we went to the beautiful town of Bath.

| Bath Cathedral |
When we got into Bath we were split into two groups. My group went to the Roman Baths first.
| Roman Baths |
| Wish I could go swimming in this, at least I can pretend |
| Nice and warm |
| The plunge pool. Could you just imagine diving into this after your warm treatments in the other pools. I would die. |
Just look at it, it's so beautiful. Not to mention all of the coins at the bottom. I could be rich. |
After the beautiful baths it was on to the Jane Austen Center.
Please meet my new best friend, Jane Austen. She's a pretty good writer and even has some of her books published. |
Hali thinks she's going to win this one, but she is dead wrong. |
| DABAS don't worry, I did not forget you. |
| Met Mr. Darcy. He was pretty nice. |
So needless to say bath was beautiful. I could only imagine what it must have been like when the Romans were there or even Jane Austen.
On Friday we went to Hampton Court Palace. For those of you who do not know what Hampton Court Palace is, it is the residency of Henry VIII and nine monarchs after him. The place was originally intended for Thomas Wolsey, Arch Bishop of York, who was a favorite of Henry's, but he fell out of favor with him resulting in him losing this place and King Henry moving in.
| The grounds |
| Gold plant. I need one of these. |
| Andrew and all his ladies fighting over him. He looks pretty amused to me. |
| In my rightful place |
Some nice looking gun, knife, and sword art. Matthew, I think Clarissa would agree to something like this in your house. You should ask. |
| Super classy. |
On Saturday morning I woke up at the crack of dawn to stand in line for 4 hours to get Henry V tickets, and let me tell you it was worth it. First reason, Jude Law. Yes, he played Henry V. I drooled and died through the entire production. He was so good.
| I mean, look at that face. |
| He even looks like a king. |
No, unfortunately I did not take the above three photos of Jude. Glad I have the internet to get pictures so I can give you guys a better image of what I experience.
| Not too bad of seats for 10 pound tickets |
We snagged the last three tickets for the matinee performance, so we came back to the theater later that night to see him and get his autograph. |
| Mission complete |
There was a ton of people waiting to get Jude's autograph. When he came out I slowly worked my way towards the front. When I finally got close enough, he was starting to leave. In a moment of desperation I looked at him with my ticket in hand and said, "please." He turned back took my ticket and signed it. Let's just say that was one of the best moments of my life. Oh Jude.
This has been another good week across the pond. Can't wait to see what this week has in store.
